Terms and Conditions (payment and shipment terms may vary on inidividual items)

Payment methods: Paypal and credit/debit cards. All credit cards must be processed through Paypal only.

Store ship-to locations: United States and Canada. If you need shipment to another country, please contact us for approval and shipping cost estimate. In most cases, shipping cost to Canada is same as to the USA, but ask us for shipping cost of larger items (skid plates, replacement seats, exhausts, or anything else large or heavy) before bidding.

Shipping and Handling: unless otherwise stated in the listing, buyer pays shipping costs as stated in the listing. We combine shipping whenever possible, and charge accordingly. Normal handling time is less than 2 days, but occasionally may take up to a week.

Sales tax: 6.3% to sales inside of Arizona.

Customer service and return policy: All items are guaranteed to be exactly as stated in the auction description. Any returns must be made within 7 days, be in the unopened original packaging, have a valid tracking number, and have prior approval before being returned. If it's our fault, we will pay for return shipping, and make a full refund, including original shipping cost, or exchange the item for the correct item. If it's your fault (you ordered the wrong size or color, etc.) you will pay for the return shipping cost, a 20% restocking fee, and the original shipping charge will not be refunded.

We use the United States Postal Service for our shipments. The USPS is the most economical, convenient service 99% of the time. If you need different arrangements, contact us.

We use the Paypal/USPS shipping service most of the time, so you can look up your Delivery Confirmation number through Ebay (In My Ebay, on the “Won” page, there is a box to the right of the listing, where you can scroll down to “View Order Details,” where you can find the Delivery Confirmation number. This isn’t available if we had to take the package to the Post Office to mail it, or for international packages. In that case, we will usually provide a delivery confirmation number when we send you a shipping notice. If we fail to provide a number then, you can always ask us what it is). Delivery Confirmation is included with all packages, and can be checked at www.usps.com. Delivery Confirmation is not tracking, it is proof that we mailed your package, and when it arrived. Insurance is available, as well, but it is not usually included in the regular cost of shipping. For more expensive items (skid plates, cdi boxes, etc.) we will often include insurance for free, at our discretion.

Domestic Shipping:

USPS First Class Parcel: Most of our small packages are sent this way, in a padded envelope for security. There is a maximum weight of 13 oz. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.

USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope:  We can fit up to 2, 4-packs (8 total spark plugs) in a Flat Rate Envelope. Many other small items, such as carburetor kits or gaskets, will fit, as well. The estimated delivery time is 2-3 days, except to APO/FPO addresses.

USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box: These are available in two sizes: 13.5” x 3.5” x 12,” and 11” x 8.5” x 6.” The flat rate charge is $9.80 to all domestic destinations, including Alaska and Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. The estimated delivery time is 2-3 days, except to APO/FPO addresses.

USPS Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box: One size available: 12” x 12” x 6.” The flat rate charge is $12.95 to all domestic destinations, including Alaska and Hawaii. The flat rate charge is $10.95 to APO/FPO addresses. The estimated delivery time is 2-3 days, except to APO/FPO addresses.

USPS Parcel Post: For larger packages, cost varies to destination. Estimated delivery time is 2-9 business days, but it can occasionally take 14-21 business days, depending on destination.

For larger packages (motorcycle seats, training wheels, some skid plates, etc.), the package may not be scanned when we take it to the Post Office. These packages are put directly on the mail truck, and might not be scanned until they reach their destination. In this case, when you look up the Delivery Confirmation number, all it will say is that they were electronically notified by the sender to expect a package for mailing. If you need to know exactly where it is at all times, and you are going to email us every day asking where your package is, we can send it UPS or Fedex, but you will probably pay more.

International Shipping:

USPS First Class International: This is a slow, unreliable service, and your package may never get there, but it is economical. This service is available for packages up to 3 pounds (1.5 kilograms), and a maximum size of 24” (61cm) long, or a combined length + girth of 36” (91.4cm). Ask us for a quote, as it varies to the country. We will charge for actual shipping cost, plus certificate of mailing (proof that we mailed your package, $1.10), plus the cost of shipping supplies (less than $.50). We will not be held responsible if your package gets lost or damaged, as insurance and tracking is not available for this option. This is the standard option for shipping of smaller items to Canada (which generally costs the same as domestic shipping, plus certificate of mailing), where we generally get better results. We do not offer this option to Europe.

USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope: We recommend this option for shipping spark plugs, gaskets, carburetor kits, and other small items. The charge is $11.95 to any international country, (to Canada or Mexico; $9.95), plus $.20 for a padded envelope, if needed. We can fit up to 2, 4-packs (8 total spark plugs) in one of these envelopes, for $11.95. The maximum weight is 4 pounds. The estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days.

USPS Priority Mail International: The only option for packages that weigh more than 3 pounds (1.5 kg), and/or won’t fit in a Flat Rate Envelope. The minimum charge is $24.00. We don’t usually have to charge for shipping supplies, as we re-use as many boxes and packing peanuts as we possibly can, to keep down costs and landfill space (we hope that you will recycle the box and packing peanuts, if possible). Insurance is available for these packages, to most destinations, and if it’s a lower-dollar-value item, insurance is included automatically in the shipping cost. Tracking is usually available, as well, and does not usually cost extra. The estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days.

USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Box: $23.95 to Canada or Mexico, $38.95 to all other countries. These boxes are provided for free by the USPS, so there will be no charge for packing supplies. These are available in two sizes: 13.5” x 3.5” x 12,”  (34.3cm x 8.9cm x 30.5cm) and 11” x 8.5” x 6” (27.9cm x 21.6cm x 15.2cm). Tracking and insurance is available in most cases. These are an excellent option for heavier items, like chains and sprockets, but there is a maximum weight of 20 pounds (9.1 kg). The estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days.

We can send your package via UPS or Fedex, but it will be expensive.

If you need it faster, there are a few other options, ask for a quote.

For all packages, domestic and international:

If you decide to use a service that does not have insurance, we are not responsible for the package after we mail it, if it does not arrive, or it arrives damaged. If your package arrives damaged, and it is insured, keep all the packaging materials, and file a claim with the service that delivered it. We are careful in our packaging,

(for international packages only): If you decide to use a service that does not have tracking, we can’t tell you where your package is after it is mailed.
