The item arrived on time, but the bottom of the box was damaged due to insufficient packaging given the weight/density of the two vortex mixers. Thankfully, the top of the mixer (i.e., the important end) was well-packaged and seems to be functioning as expected. The vortex mixer also arrived with stains on the front, despite the pictures showing it with no stains, and the serial number on the item does not match the number pictured. Notably, the stains were removable with 200-proof ethanol.
