Although every effort is made to ship your merchandise as safely as possible, we recognize items do occasionally get damaged during transport. Our staff is well trained to offer assistance in the event of damages or other issues relating to your order. If your item arrives in a visibly damaged state, please refuse receipt of only those packages that are damaged. It is normal for packages to show wear and tear, but it is not normal for there to be gaping holes or pieces falling out! Damages, missing parts, or discrepancies must be reported within 3 days from the date that the item was received. We assume no responsibility for any problems reported after the 3-day period. Please report a damaged item via email.
Damages and other issues must be documented by email, since a written record is required. In addition, photo proof is required for any concealed damages that were not specified to the shipper upon receipt of the item. In the event concealed damage is discovered, please contact us in like manner and we may be able to just replace the part(s) for you or provide a partial refund. |
