|Hi! I'm Zephyr and I make quirky sandblasted glassware for everyday use as well as special occasions (weddings!) My designs are unique and fun, look for skeletons, bugs, octopus, rocket ships, flowers, dinosaurs and more blasted onto pint glasses, champagne flutes, mugs, bottles... you name it! |
Welcome to my page about me, us and stuff. My name is Zephyr Brown and I live in Portland, Oregon with my husband Charlie and our 2 tux cats.
I am a self taught artist from a family of artists who showed me the coolness of having beauty around in everyday life. I utilize my love of nature, my heritage, my admiration for other cultures and a somewhat kooky sense of humor to create my designs.
Whether it be a delightful series of murals in a cafe in Seattle (El Diablo Coffee Company), instructional manuals on juggling with my brother(Rhys Thomas of Jugglemania), the fun of ACEO cards, or my hand drawn, hand cut, earth friendly sandblasted art glassware I always try to bring out a feeling of joy or a sense of something good.
Part of that something good is the fact that my long time sweetie and new husband Charlie took a look at his calendar and realized that he has spent more than half of our relationship gone on work (professional comedy juggling) and decided that he would like to to be at home more.(Yeay!) We are trying to achieve this by ganging up and working on my art business together. Let's hope it works-I like having the guy around! If you'd like to see the other things we do click on the pretty picture of the elephant and us and you will go to our website.
Please check out my designs and the glass they are on, if you see something you like, but might like it better on something else or in a grouping, or think you have an idea for something you would like to see- drop me a line through the ebay channels. I specially make each and every item as it is ordered, just for you! Also, if you like this store, why don't you bookmark it:
