 Payment Information

 Our preferred payment option is PayPal. 

·       If payment is not received, we will send a final notice. Two days after the notice, the order will be canceled and the item will be released back to inventory.

·       At that time, a non-paying bidder notice will be filed with eBay to recoup eBay fees paid and eBay will issue a nonpayment strike against your account. We cannot accept payment after the notice is filed with eBay.

Shipping Information

We take exceptional care to assure your order will arrive to you in perfect condition.

·       We ship items to worlwide. 

·       Items will be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of the payment;

·       Usually we offer shipping free of charge. It takes around 4-6 days. But if you have an urgent need, we do offer overnight shipping.

·       We offer next day delivery (1 business day), the additional fee: $24

·       we offer 3 business day delivery, additional fee: $19

International Shipping Charges

International transit times vary, depending on the destination country. Please also note that international shipments are often delayed by customs inspections.

Return Policy

We know that purchasing a full lace wig can be a difficult process. Often, it is difficult to know exactly what you want, or to know what to expect when you receive a wig. We want everyone to be satisfied with their purchase. However, we do offer a refund/exchange policy within 14 days once you receive it.

• ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. Items may not have been worn, brushed, had products applied to them or had hair/lace cut at all.
• All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee (based upon the items purchase price) and all the shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund/credit shipping charges, or pay for the return shipment to us.
• Items returned in compliance with these terms will be issued STORE CREDIT for future purchase. NO REFUNDS!
• All returns must be approved.  Please send us an email at sanrenxing999@yahoo.cn before returning any items to avoid them being shipped back to your at your expense.  ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED. 
• Custom units made to your specification, or stock wigs altered or customized according to your specifications, are FINAL SALES and will not be accepted for returns.
