When selecting Table Shuffleboard pucks, there two different sizes - Medium and Large.

• Large pucks are 2 5/16 inches in Diameter.  Large pucks are used on tables 14 feet or longer.  The blue puck on the left is a large shuffleboard puck.
• Medium pucks are 2 1/8 inches in Diameter.  Medium pucks are used on tables 12 feet or shorter and on tables 14 feet or longer by expert players.  The green puck on the right is a medium shuffleboard puck.

MOST PUCKS COME WITH A CROWNED BOTTOM.  SOME PUCKS COME WITH A FLAT BOTTOM - WHICH ARE FASTER SINCE THEY TOUCH THE POWDERED SURFACE MORE OFTEN!

Medium Pucks

There are two different styles of Medium shuffleboard pucks - Sun-Glo Professional Grade (Spangler II) and American Shuffleboard Pucks.

• American Brand Shuffleboard pucks are manufactured in Red/Blue colors only.  American Brand Shuffleboard pucks have a slightly different thumb pushoff than Sun-Glo.  American Brand pucks are considered the best quality puck on the market.  American brand medium pucks (Shown on the left) are a special order item.
• Sun-Glo Professional Grade (Spangler II) pucks have patented thumb push-offs.  The blue puck on the right is a Sun-Glo Professional Grade Puck.  We carry this brand in Red/Blue or Red/Green (Special Order).

Large Pucks

There are Five different styles of Large shuffleboard pucks - Sun-Glo Large(Professional Grade-Spangler), Large Flat, Sun-Glo Large, Triple Crown and American Shuffleboard Pucks.

• Sun-Glo Professional Grade (Spangler) has the patented thumb push-offs.  We carry this brand in Red/Blue or Red/Green. The pucks on the left are a Sun-Glo professional grade (Spangler) large shuffleboard puck.
• Flat Bottom Pucks are more square and Flat Bottoms.  They can be seen second from Left.
• Sun-Glo Large pucks are a little more rounded.  The colors are a little different.  They can be seen in the middle.
• Triple Crown - These pucks are Guaranteed for LIFE!  - If the chrome peels or cracks or the tops break, Triple Crown will replace the pucks.  They can be seen second from left.
• American Brand Shuffleboard pucks are manufactured in Red/Blue colors only.  American Brand Shuffleboard pucks have a slightly different thumb pushoff than Sun-Glo and have screw on tops.  They can be seen on the left.

Analysis of the Large Pucks

• Sun-Glo Professional Grade (Spangler) - excellent puck for the every day player.
• Flat Bottom Pucks  - A little more square - with a flat bottom flair.  Great set for the beginner.
• Sun-Glo Large pucks - Nice thumb twists - great for the beginner.
• Triple Crown - For the Professional or  serious players.
• American Brand Shuffleboard pucks - Nice to have to especially if you have an American Table.
