RESPONSE TO NEGATIVE FEEDBACK

This has been a rough summer medically for members of my family. Without getting into complete medical histories which shouldn't have to be explained on the "web", I had someone very close to me almost pass away, another family member very close to me was diagnosed with cancer and I had yet another operation on my arm. Granted the operation was planned but the others weren't. I don't know about you but, FAMILY does come first, whether I have a business or not. My thoughts were far from ebay and selling patterns. If I'm wrong in my way of thinking, please give someone else your business, family will always come first.

Regardless of your explanation, certain people just don't care. I've been slammed with negatives and more or less told that business should be dealt with first (yes someone did say that). I received a negative because my response time was too slow for sending the pattern to a different address when she knew the circumstances I was dealing with (isn't sending to a different address against ebay policy?) And if you get your refund, does that mean I was really stealing from you?? (I do have a copy of emails you received from me!!!) It's really a shame that near tragedies can bring you down in everything you do because you were "late" or didn't respond to an email right away.

On a happier note, I have taken some steps to insure a faster delivery time by doing all of my postage from home, no more trips to the post office.
