pride ourselves in shipping your item within 24hrs of receiving your payment. When we say an item will ship in one business
day, we mean it will leave our warehouse in that timeframe.
You will receive a shipping confirmation when that happens.
How
quickly you receive your item once it ships depends
on the shipping service you selected and where you are
located. Generally, the further you live from Arizona,
the longer it will take to be delivered. Weekends, weather
and holidays also have an impact on shipping speed.

happens if my order is never received? |

packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Should this
happen, we will contact you via e-mail and give you the
option of having it re-shipped or treated as a return.
Please note that we pass all shipping charges (including
UPS return fees) on to the customer unless we have made

Our
best advice is to be patient. International mail delivery
takes time and can be highly unpredictable because of customs delays. The shipping
estimates provided by eBay are in Business Days and do
not include weekends. How quickly an item takes to arrive
overseas depends on the shipping method you selected during
checkout. If you want your item quickly, select Expedited
shipping. If you selected the cheapest method (usually
Economy or Standard shipping), then you may have to wait
longer.
Please
note, packages sent via First Class Mail International
or Priority Mail International cannot always be tracked
accurately. If you want the highest degree of security
and tracking, select Expedited shipping.

you discover the mistake after you have paid, it is
important that you contact us immediately through
eBay email. We pride ourselves in shipping quickly, often in hours,
so if you wait it may be too
late to change your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be
changed and you would need to ship the item back to us at your expense and be
subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If we receive your change
request before the item is shipped, you will probably receive an email

Return Opened/Used
Item: Buyer pays for return shipping, we refund you for the item, not
including the original shipping costs, minus a 20% restocking fee. Why the restocking fee? Because we now must try to
resell the item as 'Open Box/Used'.
All returns must handled
through our Online
Return Service which will guide you through the simple return
process. Answer the questions and follow the directions as best you can.
It will give you an Authorization (RA) number which must be written on the
outside of the return package so we can match you to the correct product to
validate the return.
Refunds will be issued via the same
method you used to make the payment. Shipping and handling
is non-refundable. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to

on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 24 to
48 hours for a refund to show up, sometimes longer for
international transactions. When we make a refund, the
money goes back to the account you used when you paid.
If you used funds in your PayPal account, the money has
been returned to your PayPal account. If the source of
funds was your credit card, PayPal usually returns those
funds to your credit card. Since all our transactions
are handled through PayPal, we recommend that your check
