NON-USA ORDERS: I will ship OUTSIDE THE USA only under the following conditions:
Do NOT pay after the auction ends, I will send an accurate invoice! The package will be shipped via USPS
Economy Parcel Post (SURFACE, 4-6 weeks), or USPS Airmail Parcel Post (AIR, 4-10 days); your choice.
Insurance with a Return Receipt, at your expense, is REQUIRED! There is also a $10.00 Non-USA
Handling Charge. This is a per order charge (so if you buy 2 or more items, you just pay it once), and
covers the added work I have to do (such as the postal customs form, insurance form and return receipt).
Shipping outside the USA is not cheap! I will refund the balance of the shipping and Insurance/Return Receipt
charge (for non-USA ONLY; and the Handling Charge is final!) via PayPal after mailing package.
