 | A: If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase or if you feel the item was not as advertised, please let us know. We do our best to write accurate listings, but we're not perfect. We will be happy to make things right. We have never denied a customer's request for a refund. I never charge you to ship something back to me. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: Yes. We offer a combined shipping discount. You pay the full price for the shipping of the first item and then it is only $2.00 for each additional item. Sometimes we can fit more than 3 items in a USPS Flat Rate Box on US orders. In that event we cap shipping at the current USPS Flat Rate Box rate. Request an invoice to get this discount. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: We process all orders within 2 business days (sometimes quicker). We ship all US orders by Priority Mail which usually get to you in 2-3 days from the date shipped (except for occasional Post Office delays). Anything going outside the US goes First Class International unless otherwise requested and paid for. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: Most of my individual items ship USPS Priority Mail (for US orders) for a simple flat rate. See individual listings for exact amounts. We do not mark up our shipping to make extra money. We also do not charge any handling fees. If we find we have significantly overcharged you for shipping, we'll refund the difference. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: We currently only ship to Canada. We use First Class International because the fees for Priority are just too high. If you want Priority Mail, let me know so I can send a revised invoice. Since I have to actually go to the Post Office to ship international orders, sometimes the it takes and extra day or so for me to get there. |
 | Q: Where does your merchandise come from? |

 | A: You didn't think I'd give away all my secrets, did you? Most of my items are pre-owned and come from a large variety of sources. However, be assured they have been washed, laundered or dry cleaned to be in compliance with all eBay policies. I don't sell gross, dirty clothes! |
 | Q: Can you take special requests for items? |

 | A: Yes. If there is a particular item, type of item or size that you are looking for, drop me an email to let me know. I may or may not have a specific source to get you item. But if I do find something you've requested, I'll make sure to pick it up for you. |

 | A: Yes. While we specialize in clothing we have begun to offer a few other product lines. People feel confident buying from us and we hope to be able to meet even more of your shopping needs. Got an idea for something you'd like to see us carry. Drop us an email to let us know. |
 | Q: I see you accept offers on some of your items. What is a reasonable offer? |

 | A: The offers I accept depend on a number of variables: how long I've had the item in inventory, how much we paid for it and if it is being offered for free shipping. Oh, and let's be honest, it also depends on my mood that day. So just be reasonable and remember this is bargain shopping but not necessarily a garage sale. |

 | A: If there is something specific you are having a hard time finding, drop me an email and I will keep an eye out for what you're looking for. I may or may not be able to come up with it, but I'll try. |
 | Q: Are all your items genuine? |

 | A: Because I do sell primarily pre-owned items I do not have any way of knowing the item's origin for sure. However I can generally spot the fakes a mile away and they never make it to my store. If you ever feel that the item you have bought from me is not genuine, let me know and I will promptly refund your payment. |
 | Q: I live close to you. Can I pick up the item? |

 | A: I will do my best to accommodate a local pick up but please email and ask me before bidding in case I will be out of town when you need to pick it up. |

 | A: Generally, no. I, like most, desire to retain a certain level of privacy. I operate out of my home, so it would be generally awkward to have people looking through stuff at my house. There may be rare exceptions. So, if you really feel you want to email me to ask. |
