Terms of Service:
1. We always combine shipping for multiple purchases which are paid for in a single payment, provided that the items can be sent in one package. In most cases you pay only the S&H charge for one item, whichever is highest. Rarely items cannot be physically combined in one package, and in that case, additional S&H will be required.
2. Every item is 100% guaranteed and we will provide a full refund for any item returned within 7 days of receipt, if not as described, or damaged in transit, and returned in the same condition as received.
3. International purchases over $50.00 may require express mail, at a cost of $25.95.
4. We sell locally at stamp shows, bourses, clubs, swap meets and fairs. There is a faint possibility that an item might be sold locally and then bought on eBay before we can end the listing. This happens only rarely, and if it does, we will do our best to find an acceptable substitute, and appreciate your understanding if we cannot. |
