For years we have been using this shipping address with our eBay purchases. We purchase several times per day on eBay.

We use forwarder YANWEN (one of eBay assigned) who does not allow shipping label with recepient/address having punctuation marks such as "/ : () " and yours is having some of those, so the software rejects. Hence we canceled the order. We remove listings time to time, due to eBay does not expose our listings in earlier page search if listings already on eBay for long time without sales. But we will relist afterwards. You can check that our store still have the item
