| International Sales and Shipping Policies
We welcome buyers around the world, however, International sales and shipping has a few rules and policies that we must follow. Our policies are identified below:
- All purchases for goods shipped to an International address must be invoiced to assure accurate calculation of shipping charges. So please request an invoice before making any payments.
- USPS Priority International Mail is the recommended method to ship your package. If buyer chooses more economic methods such as First Class International Mail, your item's weight including parking must be less than 4 LB that is required by USPS. USPS will not provide any tracking information regarding the package once it is shipped nor be responsible for the lost packages if you use the First Class International mail. However, we will provide evidence that the items are shipped upon request.
- The buyer pays all custom, tax and duty surcharges. We can not refund or control this charge.
- We will fill out the actual item contents and the package values based on your payment. We WILL NOT modify actual item values on the custom forms. We are in strict compliance with all regulations regarding shipments from the US to all International destinations.
- Import Duties and local taxes are not included in item cost or shipping and handling cost. Buyer is responsible for paying all import duties and local taxes.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for return items. There is a 15% restocking fee for all items returned. All returns must be authorized by our office first.
