Seller sent it out the very next morning and it was almost perfectly as he described it actually looked a little better than in the photos, I had some issues with it such as two ports weren't working amongst some software issues that he very quickly resolved on top of a partial refund for my trouble! Phenomenal seller! They've earned my trust! They went as far as to recheck and retest the device after purchase, just to make sure it still fell in line with the description they provided. Even though it did not, and I ended up cancelling the order after having talked with them, they've proven their trustworthiness. For a shop to be open and upfront about their product, and not just ship it out when they see an order pop up, is a big plus in my book. Highly recommend these guys!

I was sent the laptop in “excellent condition” as described. But in fact I received a laptop with some problems after repair and with a replaced screen. But the seller admitted the mistake and partially returned the money for it. Bad photos, bad description. But good communication.
