Part recieved was new. Found defective. Messaged about a exchange with explanation. I got a generated response to contact mfg.? I wanted to explain what was wrong and really wanted another one. I messaged again with refund request and note. Expecting to get a human response..nope..return instructions only. Return went normally and refund came quickly. I just figured they would like the opportunity to keep the sale..go figure! No customer service anymore. SAD
