• NEW - The item is brand new as comes from the original manufacturer.  All of the original contents and packaging retained. (Unless Otherwise stated)

• UNUSED - The item has never been used.  Original packaging either open or missing.  Additional content of the original packaging might be missing.

• USED - The item is used.  Original packaging or additional content are probably missing. Testing has been performed.

• REFURBISHED - The item has been sent to the factory of the manufacturer for complete overhaul and brought back to original specks.

• AS-IS - The item is offered in an unknown operating condition.  No testing has been performed.  Sale of those items is final - no returns or refunds!

 

Warranty and Liability:

Placing a bid on Any item, the bidder thereby acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions as stated below.

Item Is Sold As Is Unless Otherwise Stated.

Merchandise is sold without warranty of any kind, except covering New Items that are DOA, unless otherwise stated. The seller shall, at its option, replace or repair the new item or refund the bid amount, excluding shipping and handling charges, in the event that the new item is not functioning upon receipt and notification is given by email within five days of receipt. The buyer must advise of any other problems or concerns within seven days of receipt. Batteries new or old and any included software carry absolutely no warranty of any duration or kind.  No returns/refunds on As-Is, Open Box or Used item auctions unless stated on auction. This does apply to anyone opening, switching or tampering with Any Screws, Nuts, or Warrantee Seals. If the seal is broken or we find the item was Opened or Tampered with For Any Reason There will be NO REFUND OR RETURNS The Item Is Then VOID. THERE IS NO EXCEPTIONS. The buyer is entirely responsible for determining suitability and compatibility of the merchandise, for obtaining all legally required licensing related to the ownership and use of the merchandise, any required firmware modifications, password and security resets and clearing, compliance with all taxes, brokerage fees, transfer fees, entry fees and the like and the payment for all or any of the above. The seller does not provide advice or support of any kind. Merchandise returned for any reason must be shipped prepaid and with a returned merchandise authorization number obtained beforehand from the seller. The seller, its employees, representatives, officers, directors or agents shall not be liable for any total damages greater than the cost of refunding the purchaser's bid price. It is understood that all reasonable efforts are made to accurately describe items placed up for auction. However, errors and omissions do occur, and the bidder agrees under no circumstances to interpret such as a deliberate attempt to mislead or misrepresent. Any court action resulting from this transaction or in any way whatsoever related to it shall be dealt with in accordance with and subject to the laws of The United States Of America. In the event Product is not available after auction closes, buyer agrees to accept full refund as completion of contract.  In placing a bid on any item, the bidder thereby acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
