Insurance is optional and recommended as I am not responsible for lost or damaged items that have not been insured. All items are shipped priority mail or first class and I usually make my post office run once a week on Thursday or Friday. Shipping cost outside of the US slightly higher. Combined shipping available. Handling cost is added to the shipping price.
