I'm trying to find a programmer to tweak my power chair, this one seemed close, and it helped that I could rent this. Which was good because it didn't work with my chair, couldn't connect to talk to it. The package arrived well packed with great hand written instructions on how to open and save the packaging for return service. He even agreed to cut the rental in half if I sent him a video of it not working, he didn't have to do that, but that is good customer relations.I'd happily use him again
