á la mode lingerie is an authorized seller for the designer and manufacturer of all of the products we sell. Every item we carry is 100% authentic and brand new. Sale, clearance and overstock items may have been tried on from our very own boutique.

We want you to be happy with the purchase you have made.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or problems.

Quick Delivery:  All orders are processed and shipped expeditiously, often same day after payment is received.  We are happy to upgrade shipping upon request.

We try our best to accurately describe and measure our merchandise.  Our measurements should be treated as approximations.

So that we can concentrate on our instore and web customers, we automatically submit feedback once feedback is received. This not only ensures equal e-Bay participation from all parties but it enables us more time to work out issues with our customers to ensure better customer satisfaction. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICIES

We only ship within the United States.

Buyer pays shipping and handling charges specified in listing. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us before the bidding is over.

FREE SHIPPING is offered for all purchases totaling $75.00 or more on the same invoice.

Packages will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service (USPS) within a business day, but no later than 3 days after payment. Standard domestic shipping usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. USPS Priority Mail can take from 2 to 7 business days. If you need an item delivered by a certain time or to a different address, please contact us prior to checkout for shipping fees and times.

We do combine shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the heaviest item plus $1.00 per each additional item. Please make sure your shipping has been calculated correctly prior to submitting your payment.  Once you go through with payment we can not go back and make adjustments to an invoice.

FREE SHIPPING offer is only good within the 48 contiguous states for orders totaling more than $75.00 on the same invoice. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent via USPS First Class mail.  If you are purchasing more than one item and your total order is less than $75.00, you will be charged the calculated shipping costs for the heaviest item, then $1.00 per each additional item. Please, contact us if you think that ebay has not calculated the shipping costs for your order correctly.  Once you have submitted your payment we can not go back and make adjustments to an invoice.

USPS will not guarantee arrival dates of packages. Therefore we are unable to guarantee the arrival date of your package. If time is critical please request USPS Express Mail (1 to 2 business days) for an additional $25 over standard shipping rates.

We use USPS because it offers us the best shipping rates for our customers. Since we have been using USPS we have had all of our packages arrive at their final destination; most quickly. We have had only a very few incidents where a package arrived extremely late.

Once a package leaves us, a USPS tracking number is provided. This number does not track a packages every destination point. It does provide delivery information once the package arrives at its final destination.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise, with all tags attached, within 14 days of purchase.

• Please include the original receipt and packing slip.
• Merchandise must be in original condition without any stains, marks or smells on them. 
• Items must be packaged to protect their shape and we suggest insured mail, so that you have a tracking number.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable and the senders responsibility.

"Free Shipping" returns - if you received free shipping on your original order and need to return an item, $5 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our original shipping and handling costs and listing fees.

We also ask that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase which can leave marks and scents which will make the item non-returnable. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations or items that smell of smoke.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on.

Any item that is listed as: auction, clearance, overstock or sale is FINAL.

Fashion Solution and Adhesive products, which include, adhesive bras, breast petals, bra discs, and stockings are FINAL.

Hosiery and support items such as SPANX and Body Wrap are FINAL.

 So please select these items with care.   Items that are FINAL are non-returnable,       non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Errors or Damaged Merchandise

In the event that we have inadvertently sent you damaged or incorrect merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of the replacement merchandise.

PAYMENT POLICIES

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Payments must be made within five days of auction close.

If payment is not received on time or we have not discussed other arrangements, eBay will issue an unpaid item(s) notice and appropriate feedback will be left.
