Paid for express shipping but seller shipped item 3 weeks later, arrived in 5 days. totally takes almost a month even though I bought urgently. Seller responds late. Better contact seller before purchasing. Packaging was crushed, there was no brown hard-box like in the pictures, just the weak green bulb box (which got crushed). packed without any protection but for my luck there's no damge to the bulbs (works perfectly). Buyer has to pay import tax; no tax refund as seller advertised.

The island of Sri Lanka is very hard to deliver the region. The delay did not occur during dispatch but during import into the country.and I didn’t receive a confirmation from you about the payment of customs costs.
