By placing a bid on any Auction item or purchasing a "Buy It Now"

1. Shipping time in our listings is an estimation time; it is not a guarantee of
delivery time, although most of the items arrive within the specified time frame. For
United States delivery USPS takes between 2-3 days to receive your package. For
USPS First Class International Mail delivery takes between 3-6 weeks to receive your

detailed dress measurements of each garment. We suggest you measure your own
items at home for comparison. Our sizing is as follows:

USPS Priority Mail to US local, first postage is $5.99, each additional item is
USPS First Class Mail Internationl to Canada, first postage is $9.99; each
additional item is $8.99.
USPS First Class Mail International to other countries, first postage is $12.99;
each additional item is $8.99.

Exchange, Refund&Credit Policy
At Alisapanus we want your shopping experience to be enjoyable. However, we
understand that sometimes you may not be satisfied with your purchase; your item may
not fit or you simply might have changed your mind. For any of the reason you wish to
return, exchange, or be issued a store credit, we have a fast and efficient way to make
this process hassle free for our customers.

with 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your package. Please state the matter of your item
and the reason for the return or exchange.
2. Dresses must be postmarked back to us within 14 days from when the item
3. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or
shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility.
4. All items that are returned MUST have the Returned Merchandise Authorization
(RMA#). If any packages do not have the RMA, the return transactions will not be
processed. NOTE: The RMA# will be given with the response email.
5. If a negative feedback is posted before an attempt to resolve the problem,
Alisa Pan will
reserve the right to accept the negative feedback as the final resolution to the matter
and a return will
no longer be accepted.
6. If buyer misread our item description prior to bidding, so that the item is unfit,
we do not offer
Exchange, Refund&Credit Policy:
1. For quality issues please supply photos of the matter to be resolved. If the
matter cannot be resolved, we will resend you a new dress, refund you or give you
store credit. If the matter can be resolved we will offer store credit to fix the matter.
2. For International delivery refunds will be issued if your item is not received by
6 weeks. For the Holidays (Nov. Dec. Jan. ) please allow up to 8 weeks for your
package to arrive.
For Domestic delivery we ship items within 48 hours of
receiving your payment during Monday-Friday. Please allow 2-3 business days for your
package to arrive.
3. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a return for the dress

satisfied with your product and our service, please support our eBay business and
leave us a positive feedback and a 5 star rating. Your feedback will keep us moving

If you are not satisfied with our product and services, please email us first and
then we will resolve the matter for you, in timely manner.
