How do I get the combined shipping rate?
  • First complete the buy-it-now for all items you want to purchase. You can start the payment process from any one of those items. Or begin from your Paypal account. During payment process, you’ll have a chance to include all your items.

Your listings quote a maximum shipping charge, but I’m being charged more than that!

  • The maximum applies only to domestic shipments of cosmetics and personal care items. Watch for instructions in checkout to give yourself a credit to make the shipping come out to the correct amount. Or you can request an invoice. Also, we will credit any overpayments upon request.

I want to buy several of one product. How do I do that?

  • When you click on Buy It Now, the next screen will ask how many you want. You can enter one or up to the number available in the listing.

  • Sorry, we do not participate in eBay’s best offer program. All of our items are listed at our best price so that everyone gets a great buy.

When will you mail my purchase?

  • We mail every day of the week with one exception. No mailing is done on the 4th Friday or 4th Saturday of each month. Orders are mailed as soon as possible, usually the next business day after clear payment.

What method will be used to ship my purchase?

  • All packages are sent by regular US mail. If it’s under 13 ounces, a package goes by first class mail. Packages weighing 13 ounces or more are sent by US Priority mail.

What is the tracking # on my package?

  • You’ll receive an automated e-mail from Paypal with the tracking number when your shipping label is created. Also, the tracking number can be found through a link next to the payment in your Paypal account.

I entered my tracking # at www.usps.com, and it only says it was notified to expect the package. Have you shipped yet?

  • The US mail tracking system is not very precise. In most cases, the delivery scan is the only scan. The date showing on the USPS web site is the date your label was created AND the date your package went in the mail.

Do you accept money orders?

  • Yes, we are happy to accept money order payments. After shopping, request an invoice and specify that you need the mailing address. Please be aware that payments are logged in only twice a week, therefore shipping time may be a few extra days. We will mark your item(s) "payment received" when we have recorded receipt of your money order

Will you ship to countries other than the US?

  • Yes. We are happy to do international shipments. Before committing to buy, please contact us with a list of all items you want and how many of each. We will weigh them and answer with the shipping price. It may take up to 48 hours for us to respond
