all.dressed.up takes pride in giving the best customer service and believes in keeping ALL customers happy! Here's some common questions that our customers have.
Q1: Do you combine shipping?
A1: Yes we do! Currently we ship from 2 locations. Singapore and China. If your items are from the same warehouse, they will be combined. If they are from different warehouse, we will not combine them. Just buy ALL the items that you are interested in, and we will send you a new revised invoice with discounted shipping rates!
Q2: Are your items brand new, authentic?
A2: All the items are 100% authentic, brand new unless stated. If there are any problems with authenticity, we will give a 100% money back refund!
Q3: What is your return and exchange policy?
A3: We will do exchange for wrong items sent, defect items. We do not exchange for wrong purchases of sizes or colours.
Q4: What payment methods do you accept?
A4: We accept Bank Transfer and Paypal for Singapore buyers. For international buyers, we accept Paypal and Western Union Transfer. We do not accept money orders or cheques.
Q5: What shipping companies do you use? What services do they have?
A5: For our Singapore warehouse, we use the Singapore Postal Service. They have the Registered Air Mail (small packages) service, which normally takes about 7 to 14 working days, excluding weekends for most locations. They also have the Speedpost Air Parcel (packages over 1.8kg) service, which also takes about 7 to 14 working days, excluding weekends for most locations.
A5: For our China warehouse, we use the EMS Express service for bulky items (usually the winter products). They take about a week to reach your destination. For small items, we use the Registered Air Mail service which takes about 10 to 15 working days, excluding weekends for most locations.
ALL our shipping services comes with a tracking number and a website to track online.
Q6: Where do you ship to?
A6: We ship international! Almost ALL the locations in the world is covered!
