  A: All our items come directly from labels, studios or other vendors. Today's environmental conscious forbids countries like Australia, and some EU countries to use shrinkwrap, but nevertheless the items are new.

  A: We do not open the product before sending it.

  A: All postal services on this planet are totally unpredictable. But here is a general guideline: Orders within the USA: 3 - 7 days.

  A: No, we do not offer combined shipping. Here are the reasons, that we hope you will understand: 1. we are using full packaging automation, therefore packing each item is easier, and keeps our costs lower for you at the end of the day 2. from experience bigger packages always go "lost" in the mail, so the likelihood of receiving your order is higher
 Q: Do you accept Money Orders, Cash or Checks.
  A: No, we only accept PayPal Payments, and only immediate Payments.
 Q: Why do you not ship to my country?
  A: If your country is removed from the countries we ship to, we have our reasons (usually fraud, and extensive claims) and we will not make any exception to remove this rule.
 Q: I cannot check out, can you still send it to me?
  A: No, if you cannot checkout then no binding contract was put into existence.
 Q: I received a refund, will I still get my product?
  A: No, if you received a refund from us, you will most likely not receive the order. You might have received a refund, because we noticed that the item got damaged during the packaging process, got returned by USPS etc. This process is automated.
