Our retail products include Melissa and Doug toys, amber teething necklaces, Robeez and Kidtoes shoes as well as many other individually sourced items. We are constantly striving to improve our services and offerings and ensure our customers are satisfied. Our resale items are closely inspected to ensure they meet our high quality standards.

You know...it's no wonder I am a top seller on here. This seller did not get my PAID FOR item out for 5 mailing days. Could have dropped it into any mailbox...NOPE couldn't be bothered! When I sent two emails to find out when she was going to send it, she ignored both. Never heard back! Now FINALLY it goes out today almost a week later. Real swell there lady!

I am really sorry. We got hit with an ice storm and I was not able to make it out of my driveway for 5 days and our internet was also very unreliable during those days. I shipped your item as soon as I was able to make it to the post office. Unfortunately we had further delays because the trucks from Portland still couldn't make it out here for a few days after that.
