purchased, you may return the item for a merchandise credit worth 100%
of the original product purchase price. Merchandise credits are valid for
90 days from the date of original purchase and may be used for Buy it now (non-auction) purchases..
If you return an item for credit, it must be postmarked (within two postal
days of your receipt) via US Postal Service Priority Mail which averages
two day delivery. If the item is being returned due to a defect, it will
be replaced. Original and return shipping, handling and insurance is not
refundable. This return policy does not apply to Swarovski crystal wholesale
or special orders.
If you wish to return an item, please carefully follow these basic steps:
- first obtain an RMA number by completed and faxing our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request form.
- Seal the item in the original packing material. Note: the item must be in its original (new) condition with tags attached and
in the original packaging as it was delivered to you. Our receiving staff
makes the final decision of the condition of the bag*. If it is determined
that the bag has been used, it will be returned to you at your expense
via the United States Postal Service C.O.D.
- Include a copy of the original packing slip with your RMA number written
on the top.
- Write your RMA number next to the shipping label on the sealed package.
- Required: Package must be insured, and delivered via signature required service (this is for your protection and ours).
- On the date of shipping, email us the package tracking number.
