Returns are accepted if a mistake is made in the listing and the listing is not noted as a final sale. If a problem should arise, please contact us immediately. We are good packers but insurance is highly recommended on all purchases. Insurance is ALWAYS available regardless of whether the default is checked or not. Uninsured items are your responsibility once we ship them out although we will help with any claims forms as needed.
