All return requests must be made within 30 days after receiving your order. Please make sure to request an RMA by contacting one our customer service agents. Only approved RMA's may be returned.
Refunds & Exchanges
**All refunds and credits are completed after receiving the returned product. We do not ship replacements without first receiving the defective unit. In an event a buyer needs a replacement urgently, then they should place a new order though ebay with the desired shipping method and we will ship it as a new order and process the RMA for the defective unit for a refund.**
All refunds and exchanges will be made within 2-4 business days after your item shows delivered to our warehouse. If a replacement is requested and the item is no longer available a full refund will be issued. All refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.
Defective Item / Damaged Items
Buyers have 14 days after receiving the product to inspect the product and notify us if the item received is incorrect or dead on arrival. The buyer will then have a choice of a refund or replacement if available. Please make sure to contact us through our message center and describe your issue so we can offer some assistance. If you have any concerns do not hesitate to ask and we will do our best to accomadate you.
All items must be sent back as received: in original product packaging, and must include all components and accessories.
Non-defective electronics such as tablets, cell phones, laptops, cameras, headphones, etc sent back unsealed will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Please make sure the item you send back is the item you received from our company, this will be confirmed by our returns department and we will confirm serial numbers when applicable.
If your electronic item has a password please remove it before shipping it back to avoid delays. If you are unable to remove it please include the password on a note with your return.
