Where can I find a condition description of the item you are selling?

All item descriptions can be found under the CONDITION section of the sales page template. If you are looking at an item without a sales template you can contact us for more details.

You can also look at the pictures we provide, they are better visual indicators of an item's real condition. We rarely use stock photos, the photos you will most likely see are of the actual item.

How do you determine the condition of the item?

We personally inspect every item we list and try to detail what we feel is necessary for an informed purchase.

As time passes, sometimes an item's condition can change from what was originally listed. If that is the case we will contact you with information on any condition changes to the product before we ship it. If you decide it is no longer in an acceptable state for purchase we will cancel the transaction.

Can you provide me with an estimated grade for an item you have listed?

Unfortunately, we are not professional graders so we don't want to accidentally mislead anyone by trying to give you a number. We can try our best to describe what the item looks like, but we will not give it a grade.
