For what reasons do you take a return?
We take returns if we make a mistake. Even super heroes make mistakes =)
We take returns if you made a mistake on your order and wish to make an exchange.
For what reasons do you not take a return?
We do not take returns if the shipping company/customs, etc damaged the item. We always strive to do the best packing possible for items in order to protect them during shipping. But, if the item gets damaged during shipping it is no longer our issue to deal with. That is something that you will have to take up with the shipping company. There is shipping insurance that is available if you want to insure your item, you can request for us to add that on (separate charge) to your shipping fees.
We do not take returns if you feel shopper's guilt and wish you would not have spent the money in the first place (often happens in shoe shopping =D )
We do not take returns if you opened the item.
(Generally we don't take returns unless it's for the reasons mentioned on what we do take returns for)
What qualifies for a return?
Since we are a collectibles store, we are very particular on what we accept back as a return. Most importantly it has to be in the condition that we originally delivered it in.
It has to match the pictures and description on the sales page.
What are your terms and conditions for returns?
Domestic returns must be done within 14 days from when we upload a tracking number from shipment. It takes an average of 3 days, even with Economy shipping, for merchandise to be delivered Domestically.
International returns must be done within 15 days from when we upload a tracking number for shipment. On average it takes 10 days for things to get delivered, that leaves you a few days to contact us.
Returns made due to our mistake qualify for refund on shipping for mailing back the item, and also free shipping on replacement if exchange is made.
Returns made due to a mistake on a client's part do not qualify for any shipping refund or coverage on return shipping.
