is your payment policy?
A. We allow up to 10 days for payment. If you need to pay at a further date please contact us to let us know when we can expect it.

Q. Do you offer a lay-away plan?
A. Yes we can work with you. We require a non-refundable 50% deposit up front and allow up to six weeks to pay off remaining balance. This allows you to reserve the bag for guaranteed purchase. Item will be shipped upon receipt of last payment.
Paypal also offers payment plans. Please refer to Paypal for further details on their lay-away plans.
We do work with buyers and if you wish to handle it another way or method, please let me know.
Q. Do you offer consignment
service?
A. We would be honored/happy to sell, buy or consign any of your
designer luxury goods. The name brands we specialize in include
Louis Vuitton, Hermés, Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Prada, Chanel,

Q. How
much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A. Shipping is calculated according
to delivery address and exact size and
weight of package. In striving for 100% customer satisfaction and to
ensure your item arrives promptly and safely, each item is
beautifully and carefully packaged. All shipping quotes include a
minimal handling fee to cover material and packaging costs. We do not make any money off shipping.
If shipping is not free, then it is the
exact cost.
Q. Are items insured?
A. Due to eBay's new policies, we are no longer able to sell
insurance as an optional feature. Since most of our items are of
high value, and we want to protect the buyer, we will be including
insurance as part of the shipping and handling. These items include
those valued over $200.
Q. Do
you ship internationally?
A. We ship mostly worldwide,
depending on the country and customs, via
USPS Express and Priority Mail. If you would
prefer using another shipping carrier, let
us know and we are willing to work with you.
Orders processed within 48 hrs with
approximate delivery time varying by
country. Buyer is responsible for any
Customs, Duties/Taxes applicable by their
local government (for specific info on
customs & duties, contact your customs
agency). I mark all items as a 'gift'.
Q. Do
you offer combined shipping?
A. Yes we do. If you are buying more than one item, please wait
to pay until you are finished shopping and then email us and we will
provide you with an invoice with combined shipping so that all of
your purchases can be shipped out together with one total shipping
cost.
Q. Do
you ship to military, APO/FPO?
A. Yes, we will offer free USPS priority mail shipping with insurance to FPO
military addresses, as a gesture of our appreciation to those serving our country.
Q. If I live in the Atlanta area,
can I pick up my purchase at your store to avoid shipping charges?
A. Not a problem. We are a home-based business and are happy to
work with you. To arrange a specific time and day, please contact us

Q. What
is your return policy?
A. At Always Boutique, we provide our
customers with a 14-day Hassle-free return
policy. Our buyers are considered an asset
and feel they should be treated as such!! It
is our goal and is very important to us to
ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your
transaction. If for any reason the product
does not meet your expectations upon
arrival, you have 14 days to return the
merchandise for a refund or exchange.

Q. How long does it take to
process a return?
A. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt
of returned item. All refunds are issued via the original
transaction minus shipping fees, unless prior agreement is made.
Q. Does
purchase include a dust cover and/or gift
box/bag?
A. Item does not include any of the
above unless noted in the listing. We do
have various sizes of dust covers, gift bags
and boxes available for purchase. If you are
interested in adding one or all to your

Q. Is
the receipt and/or store tags included with
item?
A. Unless noted in listing, receipt
and/or store tags are not included. PLEASE
NOTE--- The fact that a designer item you
are looking at has a receipt or store tags,
does NOT mean that it's authentic. The
fakers do a better job duplicating the tags
& receipts than they do with the bags!
Regardless if the receipt is included, our
items are without a doubt 100% authentic or
3x your money back!
Q. Will you add a Buy It Now price
to an auction listing?
A. In all fairness to other interested buyers, we do not end our
auctions early by adding a Buy It Now. We hope you will consider
bidding in the auction instead. Note that if you enter your desired
Buy It Now price as your maximum bid, you might still win the item
for less than that price.
