Terms, Conditons, Disclaimers, Notices, Privacy Policies, Copyright Information, Fine Print and General Information:
- Before you buy: Read the items title and subtitle. The subtitle contains additional information about what I am selling (sizes, lengths, quantities) The subtitle is located below the items title (hence the word subtitle.) If you dont know where to find the items subtitle please look at the image at the bottom of this page.
- Chinking, Stain and Caulking customers: Please be sure to specify the color of the product you would like to be sent. This is simple to do. After you purchase just send me an email telling me what color you would like.
- Shipping: Your orders will be shipped via federal express unless it is a large order. Large orders will be shipped via common carrier. American Log Homes Inc. and Long Tail Suppply are not responsible for delays in shipping.
- More About Shipping: We do not ship overseas or to Alaska or Hawaii
- P.O. Boxes: Please be sure to give a physical shipping address as we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- Books and DVD's: These items are shipped via US mail.
- Blasting Media Customers: Please be sure to specify what size grit you would like.
- About Feedback: As soon as positive feedback is received the computer will
automatically leave positive feedback for you.
- Returns: The Buyer of the product is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
- Rejections: Buyers who reject their deliveries are responsible for all shipping costs to and from the supplier and also a 20% restocking fee.
- Damaged Products: In the rare occurance that you receive a damaged product here is what to do: Merchandise must be inspected upon receipt and any damages or shortages must be reported to us immediately. Remember, shipping damage is often the responsibility of the shipping company (UPS, US Mail, common carrier). They expect to be notified as soon as possible. If you don't notify us, we can't notify them. There is often a time limit for reporting any problems to the shipping company. In the rare occurance that you receive a damaged product please notify FedEx about the damaged product by calling them at 800-GO-FEDEX (if you aren´t home at the time of delivery) or refuse the damaged product (if you are home at the time of delivery). If you do not notify FedEx, we can´t claim the damage with them and the product cannot be replaced. You can also notify me about your damaged product.
- Liability: I assume that you will read all directions and use all the products we sell in a safe manner.
- Copyright Information: Everything on the entire website is copyrighted.
- Privacy Information: I do not share your information with anyone else except my suppliers. (because they need your information to ship your products)
