Question. How often do you ship and when can I expect my item?

Answer. We ship five days a week and sometimes on Saturdays when volumes are high. Typically, your item ships within 24 hours of payment and is guaranteed to ship within 48 hours. We send most packages via US Mail First-Class, so your item will arrive in 2-5 days after the package leaves our store.


Question. Do you offer custom framing on any of your products?

Answer. No. However, we do offer select products which have been pre-framed and matted. For a list of these products, please (click here).


Question. Does your company use an acid-free archival process?

Answer. Yes. All products sold by American Patents have been manufactured with commerical grade acid-free paper - thus enhancing their value as art.

We carefully enclose our products in re-sealable archival preservation bags, and ship them to you in premium packaging to protect your investment.


Question. Will American Patents do research to find a particular patent?

Answer. Yes. American Patents actively engages in projects to support your needs. All requested items will be listed for easy purchase in our eBay store. This will also provide both parties with a record of the transaction. Send your request to sales@americanpatents.net.


Question. What is your return policy?

Answer. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your full purchase price, less shipping costs. If the product is ever damaged in transit, we will quickly rush a replacement to you at no additional charge.
