The pictures did not show that the straps were so worn that the first time I carried it ; all of the white came off of the straps & I am left with worn straps & nothing on the straps. I contacted the seller & she didn’t even apologize for selling an inferior product. All I wanted her to realize that you can’t sell things like that because buyers won’t trust you , ( Also, I forgot to say it was an Emma Fox straw bag ).
