How can I pay for the order?
After you place the order, please finish the payment by Paypal in three days, if you don't have Paypal account, you can pay with your credit card or bank wire transfer too.
Usually our Customer Service will contact you about the payment details within 8 hours after you submit the order.
When you will ship out the order after you receive the payment ?
If you ordered is wedding dress, we will ship out in 13-15 days normally.
If you ordered is wedding party & special occasion dress, we will ship out it in 7-9 days normally.
When can I expect the dress to arrive after you finish the shipment ?
If you are from North America, it will take 2-4 business days.
If you are from South America, it will take 4-6 business days.
If you are from Oceanica, it will take about 3-5 business days.
