Ebay Store Policies

We hope you enjoy viewing our auction items.  All of our merchandise is genuine & authentic; we try our hardest to accurately depict, photograph, and describe all of our items.  Special attention is paid to the condition of all our items…any flaws, scratches, blemishes, or other unnatural markings due to wear and/or use is always noted and photographed.  In all of our auctions you are bidding on the actual merchandise shown in the photographs, we do not use any stock photos or photos simply pasted from other commercial websites.

Payment

A&H Collectibles is proud to be a PayPal Preferred Auctioneer. Sorry, no checks or money orders. While situations certainly can arise and emergencies do occur, please try to pay promptly…within a couple of days if possible.  If there are extenuating circumstances please contact us promptly.

Shipping

At A&H Collectibles we firmly believe that an ounce of prevention really is worth a pound of cure!  All merchandise is carefully & neatly packaged with extreme care in order to prevent any damage that may be incurred during transit.  We utilize bubble wrap, tissue, shipping ‘peanuts’…whatever it takes to protect your package as much as possible.  We ship everything either UPS or USPS at our discretion.  USPS is always used in special cases such as PO Box addresses and overseas addresses (please contact us).    We ship most items first class mail (5-7 business days transit time to the vast majority of domestic US addresses.).   Special shipping requests must be made by contacting us before purchase, such as shipping outside of U.S., extra insurance, or specific shipping method.  All merchandise will be shipped with no exceptions regardless of the winning bidder’s location. No personal deliveries or pick-ups.  We are more than happy to combine multiple items in order to reduce shipping charges...just ask us!

Returns

A&H Collectibles is proud to offer a 7 day return policy.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise (at your expense) within 7 business days of delivery.  Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization Number and instructions before sending back any merchandise.  Any packages received without an RA# or that were shipped ‘collect billing’ will be refused.  Once your returned merchandise is received (in the same condition) in which it was sent, you will receive a full refund via PayPal within 7 business days.   Please note that shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
