After Auction/Purchase Buyer Instructions

Anime Artbooks is always striving to provide the best service for our customers. As such, we would appreciate if you would take alittle to read through the following guidelines which will certainly faciliate to a smoother and faster transaction and delivery. 

For efficiency, we require every buyer to complete eBay's checkout to properly notify us of your payment method and address. Your order may be delayed or missed if you do not take this important step.

To keep the process smooth, everything you need to know about payment and shipping is provided in advance. PLEASE READ and ASK questions BEFORE buying. Please slowly read our Shipping and Payment Info *BEFORE* you use checkout. It's important!

To check out, simply click eBay's "Pay.." button on the listing or invoice. You can also click to "My eBay" and select the "Checkout" link for your pending purchase. 
 
If your preferred S&H option is not listed OR your order includes multiple items, please "Request total", and wait for us to adjust your S&H options. Otherwise, eBay will provide quotes that could be wrong.

We require a maximum of up to three business days to process/pack an order for international shipment, but it usually takes only one business day. We also need one business day to confirm your order submission and payment.

Anime Artbooks operate every day of the week and can process orders daily but shipping is restricted to non-Japanese holidays only. We will inform you should any holiday cause delays in your item delivery. 

Please do not worry if you experience a problem with the item or delivery. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If there's a problem, please contact us. We are always willing to fix any problem. We will work with you and will find a mutually acceptable resolution, but to fix a problem, you must notify us, and wait for our response during business hours in Japan.
