Item as described with quick ship. However, not pleased with seller profiting an additional $3+ to cost of item buy adding it onto the actual cost of shipping. As an ebay seller myself I believe the handling cost was more than s/be for an item that shipped in envelope.

I never mark up my shipping and do not charge handling fees. Buyer made an offer, which was accepted and paid the listed shipping at time of sale. I do not control what the USPS charges nor what Ebay charges. There were no additional charges added. Avoid this buyer at all costs.
