We ship by the most economical method. Royal Mail for smaller packets, ParcelForce for larger packages and Palletline for really large items on a pallet. ParcelForce surcharge deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland so please read the postage terms on each item. We prefer payment by PAYPAL and do NOT surcharge. We can accept payment by credit card, Visa, Mastercard etc. Call us with your details - call free on 0800 085 1454 during office hours (9.30am to 5.00pm Mondays to Fridays. We will not ship until we have received payment. Cheques take 5 days to clear. We always enclose a VAT invoice with every shipment.
