The open box item arrived on time, but was missing two parts, one of which was a critical part needed for it to work. When I reached out to the vendor, they responded immediately, apologized for the inconvenience, and issued a full refund for the item. Although we item was unusable as delivered, our overall experience with the vendor was very positive and we are finding an alternative.
