• Combined S&H discount is given to buyer who purchases more than 1 item in SINGLE shipment.
• 10% off on total S&H is given to 2 or 3 items, 15% off on total S&H is given to 4 or more items.
• We are sorry that all discount is fixed as listed.
• Combined Shipping discount is not applicable to Free Shipping items.

• We ship to worldwide by airmail. All mails are handled by your local post office (e.g. USPS if you are in USA).
• Item will be sent within 2 business days after the payment is completed.
• No compensation is payable in the event of delay of parcel item. Please choose Express Mail Service if you need it in hurry.
• Standard airmail usually takes around 10-16 business days to arrive. EMS usually takes around 3-5 days to arrive. Exact delivery time varies by location.
• If the parcel is undeliverable and returned to us, the buyer shall pay for the charges involved for the return of the undeliverable parcel and redelivery fee. No refund will be made if it is undeliverable.
• We do not provide local pickup service.
• Insurance is optional, but we will not bear any responsibility for any item damage, lost or stolen if the buyer didn't pay for the insurance fee.
• We will not refund the S&H if the item is rejected by local customs for any reason.

• Customers can check the delivery status of their parcel by accessing www.hongkongpost.com or your local post office website. At present, tracking parcel through internet is confined to a group of destinations which will be expanded in time. Some of the countries only support online tracking for Express Mail Service at the moment.

• We accept Paypal(Verified), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover through our Paypal account.
• Please complete the payment within 7 days after the end of auction. If you need an extension, please feel free to let us know.

• All the items are well-packed to protect the product we are selling but not the box that is carrying the item.
• You may pay extra packaging fee (10% of the item price) if you would like to have extra protection for the box. However, we cannot guarantee the box is perfect since it would be handled by third-party courier.

Refund or Return can be made if and only if the following situations are satisfied:

• Buyer has paid for the shipping insurance.
• Non man-made damage
• Buyer has provided correct Shipping Address
• Buyer has filed the case with us within 3 days after the item is received.
• Item has to be returned in 7 days (by post mark) after the item is received.
• Buyer has provided sufficient photos which the damage is clearly shown.
• We will not refund the S&H if the item is rejected by local customs for any reason.
