We always leave positive feedback for positive transactions and we will leave appropriate feedback (positive, neutral, or negative) depending on how the deal works out. We take feedback very seriously and will try to work out all problems via email before giving a negative feedback.
PLEASE NOTE, if you don't pay for your auction within 7 days after the auction has ended, we reserve the right to sell the item to another buyer, file non-paying bidder reports, file final value fee credits through eBay and leave appropriate feedback for the transaction.
We always leave feedback once we've been notified that the item has been received and the buyer has left feedback for us. We like to see our auctions through from start to finish and that way we'll know your package arrived and you are happy with your purchase.
All of our shipping charges are listed or calculated on the auction pages so that a buyer can easily make a payment even if there are problems contacting you via Email.
We ship through US Postal Service (which is delivered in your country by your own mail service, i.e. Canada Post if you are in Canada). We will ship using UPS as necessary. We will NOT ship COD.
We ship on Monday through Saturday, and provide you with a shipping notice on the day your item is sent.
Combined shipping to reduce shipping costs is available on MOST items. We offer a discounts for multiple item purchases. Shipping is full price for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item. Please wait until all items have ended before completing payment and/or checkout. This will ensure that your invoice with combined shipping rates are applied.
Tracking Your Order: We ship all of our domestic items with a trackable method for both your protection and ours. Once your label has been generated you will receive email confirmation to the address you have registered with Paypal. International customers should select Priority or Express mail if they want to use a trackable method.
You will receive an invoice confirming your purchase within 24 hours of the auction close. If you haven't, you have an email problem. Please check your SPAM settings and contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of the auction ending so that we can confirm the win and proceed with the sale, and ship you your item(s). We ship on Monday through Saturday, and will notify you when your item ships.
We should receive payment within 7 days after the auction is over, so we can complete our transaction quickly. Timely payment is YOUR responsibility. You will receive a non-paying bidder notice after 4 days of non-payment. Don’t take personal offense! It’s just a reminder to you to pay your bill, and gives you an additional 3 days to complete the transaction. If a payment goes beyond a reasonable amount of time after the auction has passed, we will be forced to assume that you will not be paying for your auction, and leave negative feedback.
Please ensure that you have a valid and working email address listed with eBay. All contact between us will be done via email. We provide all of our payment information within our auction pages page so in the unlikely event we are not able to make contact by email, you will still be able to make your payment on TIME. A bid is a contract and by bidding on our item(s) you are agreeing to our stated auction terms so PLEASE READ and understand them. We will be glad to answer any questions regarding our policies, just ask. Asking after the auction is over is too late.
Payment by all major credit cards through PayPal. Payments with a Paypal eCheck will not ship until cleared. We also accept money orders and cashiers checks. International Money Orders will NOT be accepted.
Most sales are final, no refunds, no exchanges. All electronic items are pre-tested and in working condition unless otherwise stated in the auction description. All video game systems are tested before listing them on eBay and before shipping them to you, just to minimize the possibility of an electronic failure. All board games have a detailed listing of what they include, and if complete, state the word COMPLETE in the auction description. (We know it sounds obvious, but some people still ask!)
All returns and exchanges will be decided on a CASE BY CASE basis. We will accept returns/exchanges on new, unopened items with tags still attached. You MUST email us for authorization/instructions before returning the merchandise. Shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded. Refunds will only be issued when the item is defective or has been misrepresented by me. Sizing, color, or "I found it cheaper" reasons will not be accepted. You have 7 days from receipt of item to return it, so please contact us within 3 days of receipt of item to begin the process. Items must be returned using a trackable method and a tracking number must be provided by you.
We do not provide credits or refunds for any uninsured purchases lost or damaged by the postal authorities. Purchasing postal insurance is the buyers responsibility. We are not responsible for any parcel lost or damaged once it leaves our hands and is in the possession of the postal system.
