The part was advertised as "New". This part was either NOT "New" or was "Broken". There was damage to the shipping box. Hence, the indication is that the Seller sold a defective part & represented it as New. The Seller refuses refunds or returns as a condition of purchase. I would NEVER recommend conducting business with this Seller.

Seller stated item was new open box with slight damage to a part. They provide pic of damage. Damage had no effect on operations of pump, seen worse from distributor. Pics made it look worse than it real was. Unit was in great shape!!! Thanks
