Shipping

I will combine shipping on multiple items if it is safe to ship them together.  Please wait for an invoice before paying for more than one item to be shipped to the same address.

I strive to ship within two business days or sooner after payment has been received. Holidays and sales ending on a weekend may interupt that schedule.

My items are very carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and always placed in a box of sufficient size as to allow packing peanutes to surround the item.  Very fragile items are double boxed to provide even more protection. Even though we securely wrap each package with the greatest of care, the post office is not always as careful with delivery.  Therefore insurance is required on many of my auctions if they are very expensive and/or very fragile.

Should your item arrive damaged, please keep all packaging. The packaging must be submitted to the post office in order for them to determine that the item was properly packaged before they will pay a claim.

Shipping on Stereoviews 

There is a 50 cents handling charge calculated into the shipping cost.  This is to cover most of the cost of the 6x9 bubblewrap mailer, the protective plastic sleeve your stereoview(s) each come in and in the US only Delivery Confirmation. It is not my goal to make a profit on shipping but rather to defray some of the expense.

Keep in mind that if you purchase more than one stereoview, you are only paying to ship the first stereoview.  You will not be charged shipping or handling on the rest of the stereoviews paid for from the same combined invoice.

Payment

Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs and payment is due within 7 days of auction end. We accept Paypal, which allows for quicker shipping. We are now also accepting checks and money orders from United States Customers only.  No items will be shipped until the check or money order has cleared.  International bidders must pay with Paypal unless special arrangements are made in advance or the ad reads differently from this generic payment information.  All international customers are also responsible for any taxes or fees imposed by their own country.

Buy It Now Customers

are not required to make an immediate payment. 

Buy It Now payments are due within 7 days of the date of purchase just like a regular auction.  This allows our United States customers to use a personal check or money order instead of Paypal if they so choose.  This also allows all customers, domestic or international to purchase more than one item and combine payment and shipping to save money.  Email me for the correct shipping on combined purchases before paying.

Florida residents must pay sales tax on purchases at the rate of 6.5%.  However the upside is, because you live closer, your shipping will be less. If you live close enough we can arrange local pickup to save on shipping all together. 

Return Policy

It is my goal for my customers to be 100% Satisfied.  If for any reason you can not rate me at the highest level (all 5 stars) and leave positive feedback, please email me to let me know and give me the opportunity to make things right.

Please read the listing carefully as I do list any known defects and/or provide good pictures. If you find that you are displeased with your purchase for any reason (including buyer's remorse), you (the buyer) have three (3) business days from the day you receive the item(s) to notify me of your dissatisfaction. You may then return the item(s) at your expense, within 10 business days from the date of your notification, in the same unaltered condition as it was sold. Upon receipt of the unaltered, same shipped item, I will refund the purchase price. No shipping, insurance or other fees related to this sale will be refunded (for buyers remorse returns) unless the item(s) were misrepresented. If a misrepresentation occurred, (which would be unintentional), all related fees will also be reimbursed.
