I did ask about the condition of the front wheels before bidding.
They seemed off center in the photos.
I did not get a reply, but bid anyway.
When I received the item, the front wheels did not roll.
I understand seller was in the hospital for a week (I hope you are better).
I’ll give a 5 star rating because of Lea’s lengthy note with the package despite the issue with the wheels.
