We offer a full one-year warranty on new items for any manufacturers defects, and 90 days for any refurbished item. Damaged items must be reported to us as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours, and an RMA number will be issued. When returning an item for warranty, please make sure to send the item in its original packaging with all the packaging material. NOTE: Write the RMA number on top of the box. Please make sure to keep all the tracking information until item has been successfully warranted. We will not warrant any item that is physically damaged. We will not consider any installed item as a Damage On Arrival item! (DOA) Please allow us up to 14 days from the day we received the DOA item to process the warranty. DOA products will be replaced with the same item ONLY, provided that particular item is still available and in stock. Damaged products are subject to repair or replacement subject to Audio-Club’s discretion. No refunds, sorry.
