Are the items authentic?
All items listed by us are 100% Authentic. We do not sell any imitations, counterfeits or knock offs.
How do I pay for my purchase?

Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
Do you have free shipping?
Yes we do! FREE Domestic Shipping applies to UPS Mail Innovations which takes 5-8 business days delivery time. With this shipping method, UPS provides the pick-up, processing, and interim transportation of the package. Final delivery will be made by the U.S. Postal Service. Other shipping options are available. All items are shipped with secured packaging to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in good condition.
When will my order be shipped?
Items are usually shipped out within 24-48 business hours after receiving the payment.
Where is my item?
As soon as the item is shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. You can simply track your item at UPS.com, USPS.com, or UPSMailInnovations.com. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipping for the system to update information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We recommend UPS Worldwide Saver which is the fastest international shipping method we use. We offer an International USPS method as well. We insure all our packages, and we do not ship in envelopes. Check out the Shipping & Payments tab in the item listings for more information.
How long is it for International Shipments?
We would like you to know that we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time frames for all our international packages, as all packages must go through custom inspections and through another country’s postal system (if you have chosen USPS International shipping). The expected delivery times that have we listed are from our past customer experiences, though this cannot guarantee the same outcome.
What is your Return Policy?
We do have a 30-day return policy after you have received the item. Please contact us for your via email/phone for your RMA number and return/exchange procedure.
