Item description said new takeout seat floor rails, but they were pretty dinged up and looked used more than just a brand new takeout would be. I'll just have to paint them myself but think I paid too much for these as I expected them to be new condition. Overall though, good communication and they work and fast shipping so positive experience, just unhappy with price for description of new and caution others.
