The seller reshipped, with the corrected address, and it arrived just fine. Very well packed in a sturdy box with lots of packing materials. The seller was excellent. Very personable and responsive in communicating. The parts were exactly as ordered and OEM AS described. So glad to get them as Subaru Canada does not sell the alternator brushes - they want you to buy a new alternator. My only criticism was the 10 day delay from order to shipment. Parts arrived within a week once I received shipping notification. Regardless, I recommend them without reservation.

Seller cancelled order due to miscalculated shipping on their end. But the reason was given "Buyer requested cancelation" and that is not true. I get not wanting to eat $250 in shipping, but be honest. And fix the listing. As of this time the listing still shows the incorrect shipping cost. If seller had stated the shipping is incorrect and asked to work out the difference, I probably would have agreed since the part price was slightly better than the other retailers I found. Including dealer.
