| | | Frequently Asked Questions | | | Q:Do you combine shipping? | | | A:Yes, I gladly combine shipping in case you buy the items in course of not more than 7 days. For a combined order of up to 9 items the shipping as for (thehighest shipping rtate amng them!). For a combined order of 10 or more items the shbipping is FREE! | | Q:When you send the items? | | | A:Selling on eBay is not my business, this is my hobby, I am a collector like you and have other engagements as well. Hence I go to post office 2 or 3 times a week. It may happen that I send your order in a couple of hours after the payment, but as a rule don't expect your order to be shipped immediately, but within 3 days of payment receipt. | | Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? | | | A:Please have in mind that all items I offer are located in Bulgaria. As a rule I send the orders by registered mail. Usually it takes about 8-12 days to the European countries and about 16-20 days to the rest of the world. | | Q:How can I track the parcel (letter)? | | | A:I include the tracking number in the “Item shipped” notification. In some countries you may track the parcel on-line by visiting the local post service’s web site. You may check as well at your local post office if your parcel is late. | | Q:My order is late. Can you track the shipment from Bulgaria? | | | A:Yes, I can deposit an official claim in my Post office to track the parcel but ONLY 30 days after the shipment date! The tracking is a long procedure, it takes about a month, so if it happen, please be patient! | | Q:The parcel is lost. What follows from this? | | | A:Don't blame me if the parcel is lost on the way. I am not responsible for the Postal services’ faults. But you aren’t either. In case the tracking proves that the parcel is lost I shall refund the money you paid or we can agree on other type of compensation. | | Q:I made the payment. Why don't you post a positive feedback? | | | A:In the beginning I used to leave positive feedback immediately after I get the payment. But it proved to be an ineffective solution. Very often the buyer missed to leave a respective feedback after he got the item(s) – not purposely, maybe too busy or just absent-minded… So now I post feedback only after I receive a feedback from the buyer. |
